Terms of Use — Kankotri: Invitation Maker
In short: Kankotri is free to use for making your own invitations and designs. What you create is yours. Please don't resell our templates or use the app for anything unlawful.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Kankotri: Invitation Maker ("the app"), published by Devlex Infotech, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, rent or redistribute the app or any part of it.
3. Templates, fonts, stickers and music
- You may use everything inside the app — templates, fonts, stickers, backgrounds and music — to create invitations and designs, and you may share, print, post and sell what you create, including for your own business.
- You may not extract, resell, redistribute or republish the templates, fonts, stickers or music themselves, or offer them as part of another template pack, app or design service.
4. Your content
Photos, names, dates and any other text you add remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership over your designs and, because nothing is uploaded to us, we hold no copy of them.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo, logo, name or text you place in a design.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kankotri to create or share anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory or deceptive, or anything that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or privacy — including impersonating another person, family or organisation in an invitation.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is. We may add, change or remove features, templates or the app itself at any time, and the design library may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free of errors.
7. Paid features
If paid plans or in-app purchases are offered in a future version, they will be billed by Apple or Google and their refund policies will apply. Please contact the store for billing questions.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devlex Infotech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the app — including a design printed or sent with a mistake in it. Please check your invitation before printing or sharing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Kankotri at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
10. Third-party services
Sharing to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook is governed by their own terms. Devlex Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies, or by Apple or Google.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction.
